PVC Residents Association ("PVERA", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our member registration, why we collect it, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
- Contact form: your name, house/plot number, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, the topic and your message.
- Membership registration: your name, CNIC (optional), phone/WhatsApp number, email, residence details (block, street, house/plot number, owner or tenant), areas of interest and your consent choices.
- Technical data: a one-way (hashed) version of your IP address to prevent spam and abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your message and follow up on the issue you reported.
- To verify residence and maintain the register of members.
- To send updates about issues, meetings and events — by WhatsApp only if you opted in.
- To present grouped, anonymised issues to the Park View City / Enclave management. We do not share your personal details with the management without your permission.
Who can see your information
Only members of the PVERA committee who need it for the purposes above. We never sell, rent or publish your personal information. Our service providers (website hosting, database and email delivery) process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after the matter is closed. Membership records are kept while you are a member and deleted within 90 days of cancellation, unless we are required to keep them longer.
Your choices and rights
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your information.
- Withdraw your consent to WhatsApp updates or cancel your membership at any time.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the version and date shown on this page. Material changes will be announced to members.
