These terms apply to everyone who registers as a member of PVC Residents Association (PVERA).
1. Eligibility
- Membership is open to adult owners and tenants residing in Park View Enclave, Park View City Islamabad.
- The committee may verify residence before approving a registration.
- Information provided at registration must be true and complete.
2. Nature of the association
PVERA is a voluntary, non-political, non-profit and non-governmental association. Membership does not create any employment, agency or financial relationship with PVERA or its committee.
3. Contributions
Any membership contribution, its amount and its schedule are decided by the general body and communicated by the Finance Secretary. Accounts of all contributions are kept transparently and shared with members.
4. Code of conduct
- Treat fellow residents, committee members, society staff and management with courtesy and respect.
- Raise concerns through PVERA's channels in good faith and with accurate information.
- Do not use PVERA's name, groups or platforms for political campaigning, commercial promotion or personal disputes.
- Respect the privacy of other residents; do not share their personal information without permission.
- Follow the decisions of the general body and committee, and use the proper forums to disagree.
5. Suspension and cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing the committee with at least one month's written notice. The committee may suspend or cancel a membership for any serious or repeated breach of these terms, after providing the member with an opportunity to be heard.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated by the committee with the approval of the general body. The current version and date are shown on this page.
