About PVERA
A local body built by residents, for residents
Park View Enclave Residents Association (PVERA) is a community welfare association formed by the people who live in Park View Enclave, Islamabad.
As our community grows, so do the day-to-day matters that affect every household — security, utilities, cleanliness, roads and shared spaces. PVERA gives residents one organised, representative voice to communicate these matters to the Park View City / Enclave management, and to work with them constructively on solutions.

To act as the recognised link between the residents of Park View Enclave and the society management — listening to residents, presenting their concerns clearly and following them through to a solution.

What PVERA sets out to do
Be the residents’ voice
Collect complaints and suggestions from residents and present them to the management in an organised, documented way.
Improve essential services
Work for dependable security, water, electricity, gas, waste collection and road maintenance.
Protect shared spaces
Help keep parks, greenbelts, the mosque surroundings and other common areas clean, green and well-kept.
Keep residents informed
Share updates on issues raised, decisions taken and work in progress, openly and on time.
Build community spirit
Organise meetings, gatherings and welfare activities that bring neighbours together.
Work constructively
Engage with the management respectfully and in good faith, focusing on practical solutions.
